Account & Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to open an account on kingtaka. It is each user's responsibility to keep all information provided at registration accurate and up to date. Only one account may be created per email address, and transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set and any changes will be announced on the platform in advance. kingtaka reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction detected.

The kingtaka platform is operated exclusively for adult users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. kingtaka reserves the right to modify or update its terms of service at any time, and continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Reuse, copying, or distribution of any platform content without permission is prohibited. Users may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, and any attempt to disrupt the experience of other users will be considered a punishable offense.
Users must provide accurate and complete personal information during the registration process. kingtaka may request a national ID card or other documents for identity verification when necessary. kingtaka reserves the right to cancel any account created with false information at any time, and in such cases the stored balance may be forfeited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all such accounts will be permanently closed. It is the user's responsibility to keep account information up to date, and kingtaka is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and the final amount is determined after any applicable taxes or charges are deducted. After a deposit is confirmed, it may take some time to reflect in the account, and kingtaka is not liable for delays caused by technical reasons. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process. Deposits or withdrawals using third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited — only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used. In cases of suspicious transactions, kingtaka may temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.
Compliance with the terms of all betting and gaming services on the kingtaka platform is mandatory. Confirmed bets generally cannot be cancelled, though kingtaka may consider exceptions in cases of technical error. If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. Match fixing, software exploitation, or any form of misconduct will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited. All disputes will be settled under the prevailing laws of Bangladesh.
Kingtaka bears limited liability for damages caused by technical errors, server downtime, or third-party actions. kingtaka is not directly responsible for damages resulting from external attacks or hacking of the platform, though we are always committed to ensuring the highest level of security. Any financial losses arising from betting and gaming are at the user's own risk, and kingtaka is not obligated to provide compensation. This same policy applies to issues caused by internet disconnection or device failure.
